Meet Your Instructor

Kate is widely known for her work around burnout—both preventing it and helping people recover from it. Her vision is to change the systems that cause burnout, so that wellbeing, rest, and purpose become the foundation of how we live and work. Her mission is to empower individuals, workplaces, and communities to dismantle the cultural and institutional drivers of burnout, while equipping people with practical tools that restore energy and purpose, and help shape healthier, more sustainable systems. Her path into this work began in corporate roles when she noticed that high burnout scores in her workplace weren’t just about team culture—they were about much deeper, systemic issues. She took the bold step of raising this with leadership, creating workshops, testing and refining them, resulting in her burnout courses beings enjoyed by hundreds of people. In organisations, she works at the systemic level, pinpointing what both staff and employers can do to build staff and leadership resilience. She also works with individuals for energetic healing. With postgraduate qualifications in psychology, over a decade of treating people in Acuenergetics, and an economics degree, she brings a rare blend of systemic thinking, energy work, and psychological insight.
